Unfortunately sometimes when you make a decision to get away from this type of person, you come under alot of fire. It is NOT an act of selfishness, it is an act of self-preservation. It's hard to be a well-adjusted individual for all the other people you love in your life when this kind of person is sucking the life out of you for their own benefit!!!
